Anthelmintics are veterinary drugs used to treat or prevent diseases in livestock and fishery products. However, if it remains in the livestock or fishery products, it can cause harm to the human body. Therefore, in Korea, there is a maximum residue limit (MRL) for managing residues. However, there is a problem in that only qualitative test methods are established such as niclosamide. Therefore, in this study, we aim to develop a multi-component quantitative test method for 10 types of anthelmintics. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used for simultaneous multi-component testing of 10 types of anthelmintics. For sample pretreatment, the samples were extracted using the “quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe” (QuEChERS) method and purified using d-SPE. Each compound is verified according to CODEX guidelines (CAC/GL-40) for 3 types of marine products (flatfish, eel and shrimp) and 7 types of livestock (beef, pork, chicken, eggs, milk, beef fat and pork fat). The coefficient of determination (R2) in the matrix-matched calibration curves was greater than 0.99 for all 10 components. In addition, the recovery was 71.4~119.0% for all target concentrations, and the coefficient of variation (C.V) was less than 18.86%. This test method will improve residue testing efficiency and become the basis for establishing safety management for livestock and fishery products. |
